Physical Therapist
to provide early intervention
services
in our Developmental Toddler Group located in N. Syracuse, NY
.
This is a full time position, but part time can be considered.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
The essential duties and responsibilities
include but
are not limited to the following:
Work 1:1 with developmentally delayed children in our center-based toddler group. Toddler group is held M-F from 8:45 am to 2:30 pm.
Collaborate with other service providers to support IFSP goals and objectives.
Complete session notes and progress reports as required.
Home/community bases visits optional.
Qualifications:
M.A. or M.S. degree in
Physical Therapy
NYS License in
Physical Therapy
required.
Must demonstrate excellent written, communication, and interpersonal skills
Must be able to collaborate with the clinical team and all related service providers on a caseload
