Physical Therapist Assistant

Are you passionate about helping others reach their fullest potential? Arc of Onondaga is seeking a compassionate, licensed PTA to support adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities. This full-time role offers hands-on clinical experience, mentorship for new grads, and a chance to make a real difference - all with great benefits and a supportive work environment.
What You'll Do:
Deliver physical therapy treatments as outlined in each individual's care plan, developed by a licensed PT.
Assist with clinical assessments and document progress.
Collaborate closely with PTs, physicians, staff, and families to ensure continuity of care.
Help integrate therapy activities into daily routines at home and in the community.
Travel to multiple service sites as part of your daily schedule.
What You'll Need:
Licensed & registered as a Physical Therapist Assistant by the NYS Department of Education.
Preferred: 1 year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
Required: Valid NYS driver's license.
