We're seeking a LabVIEW Automation Engineer to lead the development and implementation of control programs for industrial automation systems. This role is hands-on and focused on programming, system integration, and technical problem-solving. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance automation solutions that meet customer specifications and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain LabVIEW-based control systems for automated equipment Collaborate with engineering teams to define software requirements and system functionality Implement version control and documentation for all software projects Troubleshoot and optimize existing LabVIEW programs for performance and reliability Support remote diagnostics and repair of welding-control systems Participate in equipment testing, validation, and commissioning Travel (up to 20%) for site visits, system installations, and vendor collaboration Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and system upgrades Qualifications:
