We are currently seeking a skilled and detailed-oriented Construciton Cost Estimator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze project plans, specifications, and related documents to prepare detailed cost estimates. General project oversight, & project administration Compiling accurate budgets & scopes of work on new & existing projects developing & maintaining customer relationships Perform quantity takeoffs and cost analysis for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor services. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to clarify scope and resolve discrepancies. Prepare bid packages and participate in bid reviews and presentations. Monitor market trends and pricing to ensure estimates reflect current conditions. Assist in value engineering and cost-saving strategies. Qualifications
Proven experience as a Cost Estimator in the construction industry (3+ years preferred). Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes. Proficiency in estimating software Excellent analytical and mathematical skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred. $28-4,$40/Hr. BOE
