The role you'll contribute:

Responsible for deploying the mission alignment, integration, and engagement plan, as well as delivering spiritual care in the outpatient setting through consultative promotion, training, and approved in-practice mission initiatives. This position monitors systems to assess program effectiveness and impact on key performance indicators, deploys mission selection, onboarding, and relational initiatives, and works with leadership to establish provider mission integration plans and coach providers through mission integration and engagement. Additionally, this role trains providers and outpatient entities to conduct Faith in Practice spiritual screening assessments and develops and supports Spiritual Care Teams. In addition, this position expands territory through recruiting and business development activities, generating new leads, presenting CMI initiatives to key leaders and providers, maintaining relationships, and following up after presentations. Additionally, this role trains, implements, and supports additional CMI initiatives such as CREATION Health, Spiritual Ambassadors, and Spiritual Leadership Development, conducts regularly scheduled practice visits, maintains documentation of field activity, and establishes relationships with diverse community faith leaders to create a network of support for patients in their chosen faith tradition.

Collaborates with local administration to tailor CMI initiatives.

Works with the Director of Physician Well-Being and Engagement for program training and resources.

Implements the Mission Onboarding program and facilitates mission orientation.

Personalizes Mission Integration Plans with local leadership and physicians.

Schedules necessary meetings and assists in mission integration evaluation and tracking.

Deploys and tracks the Physician Mentoring and Finding Meaning in Medicine programs.

The expertise and experience you'll need to succeed:

Minimum qualifications:

Associates degree

5 years experience in the hospital and/or outpatient clinical setting

Preferred qualifications:

Bachelor's degree

Experience providing outpatient practice management support
