How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities) Delta Professional Services (DPS), a wholly owned subsidiary of Delta Air Lines, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

FlightOperations Support Planner

to provide key logistical support for DPS clients external to Delta Air Lines. This part-time position plays a critical role in coordinating simulator training events, ensuring compliance with FAA regulations and client-specific requirements, and maintaining accurate training records. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with a solid understanding of flight operations and scheduling systems. Coordinateand assign simulator training events for client students.

Notifyand schedule pilot instructors for assigned training sessions.

Resolvescheduling conflicts and implement last-minute changes as needed.

UtilizeDelta's scheduling tools to accurately document training events.

Collaboratewith Program Managers to develop class schedules based on simulator andinstructor availability.

Communicatesimulator availability and assignments with external partners.

Liaisewith Delta Flight Operations Planning Team to ensure simulatoravailability aligns with training needs.

What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications) Familiaritywith Flight Operations and FAA regulations.

Strong organizational and leadership capabilities.

Abilityto quickly learn and navigate internal systems such as Delta's DBMS,SIMON, and other DPS tools.

Effectivecollaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Excellentverbal, written, and presentation communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and otherrelevant software platforms

Providescheduling support to other DPS planners as needed.

Identify and implement process improvements toenhance operational efficiencyConsistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
