Safran Cabin is a world leader in aircraft interiors and systems. The Demand Manager oversees the planning, implementation, and tracking Demand performance of OEM and spares/aftermarket performance. This position contributes to our vision by: analyzing variance to determine and implement corrective actions; creating plans, identifying, and coordinating stock requirements over the life of the program with Program Management; identifying and analyzing Demand (quantitative and qualitative), establishing mitigation plans and driving mitigation actions; providing project leadership to ensure high quality work packages and on-time deliverables; monitoring problem solving and ensuring root cause corrective actions and recovery plans are defined and executed; implementing Demand project management plans; recording and documenting previous experiences and incorporating them into safety stock and backlog planning and control; reporting, resolving, and escalating as needed; creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation; maintaining ERP Demand and Forecast accuracy; compiling and publishing visual metrics, presentations, and reports. Internal reporting includes project review presentations and supporting the S&OP manager. Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Experience:
4+ years of material control experience; experience with planning or managing projects; 2+ years in a management role Computer Skills:
Familiar with Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and experience with an MRP system Additional Preferred Skills:
5+ years of similar experience; 4+ years of management role experience; PMP Certification; local language + English Note:
