Education/Training Bonus $4,000 (paid once 4 week virtual education program is complete) Launch Bonus $15,000 (paid once candidate launches fully compliant AAA branded agency) Marketing Reimbursement Up to $15k year 1 First 36 months measured on a quarterly basis Up to $150k bonus potential per month Starts in year 3 (month 25) Up to 8% paid based on agency growth month over month Support and Training
Strong Support Throughout the Process: The EA model is designed to serve the needs of our members. There is careful selection, interview process, and agency location placement. We provide EAs with assistance on how to successfully launch and develop their agency into a sustainable and profitable business year over year. Step-by-step assistance: The core of your EA onboarding will be a detailed deployment plan to ensure compliance with AAA protocols and standards. Comprehensive education: In-person and virtual training covering core business skills, sales, customer service, products, and systems. Resources to help you grow: Youll have access to resources to hire licensed staff, manage financials and cash flows, develop a business plan, and connect with a network of experienced EAs and other business experts. This opportunity is for self-motivated, results-driven business people interested in building a profitable, multi-line insurance agency. Youll bring business or industry-relevant experience and a level of capital to ensure your agency delivers the service AAAand our membersexpect. Youll own and grow an insurance agency that serves new and prospective AAA Members. Youll sell property and casualty, life insurance and AAA memberships along with other products, to a well-defined and loyal client base. Products
Youll offer programs for autos, bicycles, RVs and motorcycles. People value their AAA Membership for access to our trusted roadside assistance, and for the savings on dining, shopping, hotels, rental cars, travel events and auto care. Property and casualty insurance: Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella, Flood, RV, Boat, Motorcycle, Specialty Vehicles and Commercial Lines. Youll also have access to brokered products from multiple, national and regional A-rated leading carriers to help you serve a wide variety of needs.
