Are you a Senior Business Analyst, Product Manager or Product Owner who is passionate about bringing digital solutions to life? Do you want to lead others in agile methodologies and continuously improve processes? We empower our development teams to work remotely, provide the necessary tools and connectivity, and look forward to safely welcoming back employees to a future office space in Naperville. Essential Functions
Partner with department leaders and product feature teams to deliver measurable business results through innovative product solutions. Conduct research and apply domain knowledge of customer needs to create a product roadmap. Maintain quality and cohesion across KeHE products while balancing speed-to-delivery to create value and validate business assumptions. Coach and mentor others in Agile product and process improvement. Model continuous improvement and professional development.
Align the team with a common product mission and articulate the value generated by product teams. Groom and prepare Business Analysts for potential succession as future Product Owners. Act as the primary authority for product and process improvement in their domain. Own the product roadmap and its related success. Engage with key stakeholders, including senior management, to identify and prioritize product funding and selection. Provide internal customers with product solutions that address needs and enable future roadmap expansion. Major Projects (examples)

Multiple years of experience on an agile/scrum team, with roles as a Business Analyst or Product Manager Experience developing and driving product roadmaps Experience delivering digital products Understanding basics of cloud-based architecture (AWS preferred) What You Get
