What you'll expect

The Database Analyst is responsible for managing and leveraging the casino's player database to support guest engagement, loyalty programs, and revenue growth. This role focuses on data integrity, segmentation, campaign execution, and reporting to ensure marketing initiatives reach the right guests at the right time. The coordinator partners closely with the Director of Marketing, IT, and slot operations teams to deliver targeted communications and promotions that drive guest visitation and play.

What you'll do

Maintain the casino's marketing database, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with gaming regulations. Develop and execute targeted direct mail, email, and SMS campaigns to support promotions, special events, and loyalty program offers. Create and manage guest segmentation lists for marketing campaigns, using play data, tier status, and visitation patterns, using the company's gaming analysis. Monitor campaign performance and prepare detailed reports on response rates, ROI, and player reinvestment. Collaborate with loyalty program and player development teams to ensure offers and communications align with guest experiences. Manage guest data suppression lists, opt-outs, and preferences to ensure compliance with privacy and regulatory standards. Support the development and distribution of monthly reinvestment strategies and promotional calendars. Assist with financial tracking of database marketing expenses and maintain accurate documentation. Work with external vendors and printers to ensure timely production and distribution of direct mail campaigns. Monitor competitor marketing activity and industry trends to inform segmentation and offer strategies. Perform other duties as assigned to support the marketing department and organizational objectives. What you'll bring

1-3 years of experience in database operations, CRM management, or a related role. Strong knowledge of database systems, list segmentation, and campaign tracking. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Access, SQL, or comparable database tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with CRM platforms, direct mail vendors, and email marketing software. Experience in casino, hospitality, or gaming industry. Knowledge of responsible gaming regulations and advertising restrictions. Prior experience with guest loyalty programs or player reinvestment strategies.

What we'll require

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data required, equipment used. Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience). Ability to obtain and maintain any required gaming license. Ability to learn casino-specific platforms. Role may require sitting for extended periods, handling repetitive computer tasks, and occasional lifting of up to 20 lbs. Adherence to all gaming regulations, privacy standards, and company policies regarding guest data.
