The salary range for this position is $91,466.95 to $128,573.18 for Schedule A, and $91,466.95 to $122,144.51 for Schedule B. For newly hired individuals, the starting salary will normally be at the minimum of the salary range. For current Judiciary employees, salary upon promotion or advancement will be an increase of 5% of base salary, not to exceed the maximum of the range, or the minimum salary of the band/level, whichever is greater. Judiciary employees hired prior to June 3, 2014, are considered Schedule A. Newly hired individuals, and Judiciary employees hired on or after June 3, 2014, are considered Schedule B. Note:

We are a multi-county Vicinage comprised of Somerset, Hunterdon, and Warren Counties and reassignment to another county may be necessary based on operational needs. In this position, you will be required to work and travel among all three counties. The position also requires a non-traditional workweek, including holidays, evenings, and weekends, both onsite and remotely. Remote Work : The Judiciary currently offers a hybrid work schedule, and this position may qualify for up to 2 days of remote work outside of Judiciary buildings. To participate in this program, in addition to installing a multifactor authentication app on your phone or tablet, you will be required to have high speed home internet access. Regular and predictable physical presence at the worksite is an essential function of this position. The Information Technology Division in Vicinage 13 has an opportunity for an IT professional seeking a career in a fast-paced, cutting-edge environment. Under the direction of the Information Technology Assistant Division Manager (Court Executive 1b), the successful candidate will be supporting the latest Windows operating systems in a networked environment, as well as Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, Group Policy, Configuration Manager (MECM), SharePoint, Microsoft Power Platform, Teams, Zoom, Microsoft Entra, and Intune. An advanced understanding of enterprise network components is strongly preferred. The selected individual will be responsible for: Planning, designing, and implementing technology rollouts that may require off-hours or weekend work; Developing innovative solutions using tools such as Microsoft Power Platform; Performing Windows server administrative tasks and administering server roles; Developing standards and procedures to maintain security compliance and take appropriate action to ensure proper application of all hardware and software updates; Designing, implementing, and supporting evidence display technology within courtrooms; Performing advanced level group policy administration; Utilizing Configuration Manager (MECM) to create software deployments, reports, and queries; Designing and supporting SharePoint applications; Performing advanced level analyzing and troubleshooting of hardware and software issues. Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's Degree in a field related to computer science, information technology or the area to which the applicant is applying, such as information systems, human-computer interaction, interactive media, software engineering, computer networking, and/or cybersecurity, and three (3) years of professional experience in: analyzing, designing, programming, troubleshooting, resolving technical problems, testing, defining business requirements, training and/or installing computer systems applications OR planning, acquiring, installing and implementing telecommunications facilities and services, wide area networks, or local area networks OR generating and maintaining system software. Substitutions: Applicants who do not possess the required education may substitute additional paraprofessional and/or professional IT technical experience or experience related to the area to which the applicant is applying on a year-for-year basis for one year of such experience equals 30 semester hour credits. A Bachelor's Degree plus one year of additional paraprofessional and/or professional IT technical experience or related experience may substitute for the required education. An Associates Degree with related experience may substitute for the required education depending on the degree level. A Masters Degree may substitute for the required education or one year of experience.
