They have a foundational understanding of construction processes, with a strong interest in cost estimating and project management. This person thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively with both field and office teams, and is highly organized when it comes to managing documentation and project timelines. A background or education in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred. They should be comfortable working under the guidance of senior estimators and project managers, while also taking initiative to learn and take on increasing responsibilities. What's on Offer
