Your Role Design Tailored Therapy Plans: Assess patients' individual needs and devise personalized treatment strategies to help them achieve practical goals. Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based interventions to enhance patients' motor skills, cognitive abilities, and daily functionality. Collaborate Within Interdisciplinary Teams: Engage with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver holistic care tailored to each individual. Educate Patients and Families: Teach patients and their caregivers essential therapy techniques to promote ongoing progress and independence. Track Progress and Document Results: Keep detailed records of clinical advancements and tweak treatment plans to keep patients on track toward their goals. Qualifications

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Continuing education or additional certifications will be encouraged and supported. Certifications

Active

Occupational Therapist (OTR/L)

license required. NBCOT

(National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is a must. Skills
