RohmTek is seeking an experienced

Lab Supervisor

to oversee laboratory operations, lead the current laboratory technicians, and ensure the highest quality of analytical results. The ideal candidate combines a strong background in chemistry or materials sciences with proven leadership experience and a hands-on track record across a wide range of laboratory instrumentation. RohmTek is a commercial analytical laboratory and an analytical instrument rental company, primarily focused on the energy sector. The majority of our projects are subsurface rock, fluid, or other produced materials in the O&G, CCUS, Geothermal and brine mining industries. Other clients include metal analysis, thin films, battery materials, environmental testing, and other materials testing. Experience in a fast paced, commercial lab working with industrial exploration teams is a benefit. Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage laboratory staff, including scheduling, training, mentoring, and performance management. Oversee execution and continuous improvement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Manage and prioritize laboratory projects to ensure accurate, timely, and cost-effective results. Lead implementation and adoption of a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS). Collaborate with the Project Management team to align laboratory operations with client expectations. Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. This may include implementation of ISO and other lab standard programs. Provide technical oversight and troubleshooting support for laboratory instrumentation and workflows. Contribute to continuous improvement of lab processes, data integrity, and client deliverables. Technical Expertise Required

Direct experience operating and interpreting data from the following (Analysis and Prep): Fluid & Chemical Analysis : ICP-MS, ICP-OES, CHON/S, Atomic Absorption (AA), Ion Chromatography, LECO Carbon Analyzer, general fluid and brine chemistry. Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or Earth Sciences (Masters preferred). Minimum

10 years of laboratory experience , with at least

5 years in a supervisory or management role . Strong track record of managing teams, workflows, and complex laboratory schedules. Proven success implementing SOPs, quality systems, and laboratory management tools (LIMS experience strongly preferred). Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
