SAP QM Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP QM Data Migration Specialist to lead data migration projects within the SAP Quality Management module. This role involves analyzing, mapping, and integrating data from legacy systems into SAP QM while ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with governance policies. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ETL processes, troubleshooting data migration issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute data migration projects for the SAP QM module. Analyze and map data from legacy systems to SAP QM. Develop and implement data migration strategies, including data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Perform data validation and quality checks to maintain data integrity. Troubleshoot and resolve data migration issues. Document data migration processes and provide training to end-users. Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in SAP QM module and data migration projects. Strong understanding of data migration methodologies and best practices. Proficiency in data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) tools. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of data governance and security standards. Preferred Qualifications Experience with SAP S/4HANA. Familiarity with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, PP, SD). Experience with data migration tools such as SAP Data Services or LSMW.
