Responsibilities Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by continuously following up and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline Have open houses to build relationships with prospective homebuyers and introduce them to their local real estate market Be the main point of contact between buyer and seller to ensure a successful sale Search for prospective homebuyers and present them with information on homes that fit their needs and budget
Qualifications
Possess a valid U.S. drivers license and can travel by car Experience with the local real estate market and general trends Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelors degree desired Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Real estate license required
Compensation
