Hold open houses to engage with potential clients and introduce them to their local real estate market Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to ensure a smooth home buying process Seek out potential homebuyers and provide them with information on available properties that meet their needs and budget Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads Participate in the weekly team meetings Attend at least 4 classes a month at the market center or via Zoom Host at least 3 open houses a month, either with another team member or on your own Utilize Sierra International to the fullest Consistent, continued efforts to connect with leads provided to you by the team and track all communications, smart plans, etc. through Sierra International Qualifications
Must have a valid U.S. drivers license and can travel by car Over 1 year of buyers agent or real estate experience preferred Experience with the local real estate market and general trends Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelors degree preferred Show a track record of real estate success Board membership required Compensation
