Senior Manager of Grants and Contracts , youll lead the full lifecycle management of federal, state, city, and private grants and contracts. This role is pivotal in ensuring compliance, accurate reporting, and strategic coordination across finance, development, and program teams. Key Responsibilities
Oversee grant and contract administration, compliance, and reporting. Manage submissions, amendments, renewals, and budget modifications. Monitor expenditures and ensure alignment with approved budgets. Collaborate with internal teams to support financial planning and audits. Maintain systems for cost allocation, position control, and documentation. Serve as primary liaison with funding agencies. Qualifications
Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or related field (Masters preferred). 35 years of experience in government grants/contracts management. Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills. Proficiency in Excel; experience with Sage Intacct or Fund EZ a plus. Knowledge of HUD, NYC, and NYS funding systems preferred.
