SUMMARY The Director, Strategic Partner Management is a key member of the distribution teamfocused on supporting partnerships that grow Hallmark Media business (Linear, FAST/AVOD and H+) through Digital, vMVPD and MVPD partnerships. Directorwill lead the development, execution, and optimization of strategic partnerships that drive subscriber growth, engagement, and retention for Hallmark+ and other digital streaming initiatives. This role will collaborate cross-functionally to implement high-impact marketing campaigns, strategic programs, and post-deal initiatives across digital platforms and distribution channels. The Director will play a pivotal role in shaping the partnership strategy and ensuring alignment with broader business objectives. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Lead strategic partnership development with distributors, platforms, and third-party networks to grow Hallmark Channel, SVOD, and FAST/AVOD business.

Develop and manage strong external working relationships across affiliate, digital and DTC distribution partners; represent account strategy to key stakeholders.

Serve as the day-to-day lead on all subject matters related to partner initiatives.

Oversee the execution of co-marketing campaigns, product integrations, and post-deal deliverables to ensure timely and effective implementation.

Execute, track, and analyze account-specific tactical plans that align with subscriber, revenue and growth targets.

Cultivate and manage relationships with internal stakeholdersincluding distribution deal teams, marketing, research, finance, legal and operations teams.

Drive Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with partners, analyzing performance metrics and identifying opportunities for optimization and product innovation across Hallmark Media Business.

Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging technologies to inform partnership strategy and identify new opportunities.

Support contract negotiations and renewals in collaboration with legal and finance teams.

Qualifications

BASIC REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's Degree

7-10 years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or partner marketing-preferably in streaming, digital media, or entertainment.

Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and managing high-impact partnerships.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Experience working with platforms such as Roku, Amazon Channels, Apple TV, YouTube, or FAST/AVOD services.

Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience managing teams.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.

The salary range for this job is between $123,000-$168,500. Salary rate will take into consideration several factors including location.
