About the Role
The Company is seeking a Finance Leader for Transformation Initiatives to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a key partner to the Chief Transformation Officer, ensuring that all transformation efforts are in line with the organization's financial goals and budgetary constraints. This role is pivotal in providing financial discipline across transformation programs, conducting rigorous financial analysis, and offering actionable insights to maximize ROI. The Finance Leader will be responsible for budget management, performance tracking, strategic partnering, and fostering a culture of financial accountability and strategic thinking. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with an MBA or CPA preferred, and at least 15 years' of experience in financial leadership, particularly in transformation, strategy, or operational finance. The role requires a proven ability to align large-scale initiatives with financial goals, strong financial modeling and analytical skills, and exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement abilities. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years' of management experience, be proficient in financial tools and project management software, and have the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment. Legal right to work in the U.S. is a must.
