Infosys is seeking a

SailPoint Architect . This candidate is responsible for playing the technical role in the setup, support, enhancements, and application integration/migration of the SailPoint Identity IQ & IdentityNow (7.x, 8.x) system in client environments and assisting in keeping the platform stable, highly available, and meeting compliance requirements. The role requires a strong understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM) including Provisioning, User Lifecycle Management, Access Requests and Approvals, Segregation of Duties (SoD), RBAC, ABAC, Certifications, Compliance, Single Sign On (SSO), Authentication, Authorization, and Connectors. SMEs are skilled technical and consultative resources expected to be strong in both technical and soft skills. A SME must be a proven self-starter with the ability to problem-solve, communicate, participate in diverse project teams from a technical perspective, and interface effectively with customers, vendor partners, and colleagues. Responsibilities

Install, integrate, configure, deploy, and architect IAM solutions mainly SailPoint IIQ 8.x, and systems to facilitate User Life-Cycle Management, Identity and Access Governance, Automated Provisioning, Access Certification and Privileged account management. Develop and execute test cases and test plans for IAM solutions; perform validation activities including functional, integration, and performance testing to ensure a high-quality deliverable. Automated user life cycle events including joiner, leaver, and mover use cases. Follow ITL processes incident management, problem management, release management, and request management & Agile ceremonies. Communicate to clients and partners aspects of both the product and the implementation at the technical and functional level appropriate for the situation. Work with Databases (Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL, MySQL), and Directories (LDAP, AD); knowledge of RBAC & ABAC concepts. Support and participate in deployments and integrations across Windows and Unix (Linux, Sun, HP, AIX) platforms; experience with SailPoint modules installation in these environments. Knowledge of Identity lifecycle in Azure AD, LDAP, and other LDAP solutions; experience with web technologies (XML, SPML/SOAP, SCIM 2.0, Web Service, HTML). Experience with DevOps tools (Jenkin, Terraform, GitHub and GitHub Actions); AWS & IaC builds using Packer and Terraform scripts for AWS infrastructure; integration with industry standards using SAML, OpenID, and OAUTH. Engage with clients and partners to discuss product and implementation details at appropriate levels; experience with QA duties (usability testing, performance testing, automated testing) is a plus. Required Qualifications

Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Richardson, TX or Tempe, AZ or be willing to relocate to these areas. This position may require travel in the US. Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution; three years of progressive experience in the specialty may be substituted for each year of education. At least 7 years of experience in Information Technology. At least 6 years of experience on IAM architecture, process, and governance development & support in requirements gathering and use case development. Experience with SailPoint IIQ 8.x and related IAM solutions; experience in provisioning, access governance, automated provisioning, access certification, and privileged account management. Experience with Identity lifecycle in Azure AD, Active Directory and other LDAP solutions; knowledge of RBAC & ABAC concepts. Experience with databases (Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL, MySQL) and directories (LDAP, AD). Experience with DevOps tools and AWS infrastructure; knowledge of SAML, OpenID, and OAUTH; ability to communicate effectively with clients and partners. Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of integration of applications with industry standards using SAML, OpenID, and OAUTH. Knowledge of AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, Route53, ALB, CloudWatch) and DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, XL Release, etc.). Troubleshooting experience of SSO, SAML, OpenID, OAUTH, ADFS AD Connect Issues. Experience in the deployment of connectors and configuration across the environment; experience with Okta/SailPoint/ForgeRock IAM is a plus. Knowledge of ITIL processes; Agile ceremonies & ALM tools; experience in a global delivery environment. Work Environment and Additional Information
