Santa Monica, California, United States Join CBRE as a Facilities Coordinator to support day-to-day operations of commercial properties. Youll collaborate with Facilities Managers, clients, vendors and contractors to ensure facility operations run smoothly. Your work will impact the client experience and contribute to the success of the portfolio. What Youll Do Regularly monitor the status of open work orders to ensure timely completion and closure. Dispatch work orders to technicians and vendors. Generate purchase orders within designated software programs. Assist with processing incoming vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy. Work with landlords, tenants, and service providers to implement and recognize procedures, policies, and reporting formats. Acknowledge and address client inquiries related to the site, responding promptly. Review work orders, proposals, department files, and other paperwork submitted by vendors. Conduct site walkthroughs to identify and address site issues. Follow instructions, short correspondence, and memos; ask clarifying questions. Respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and supervisors. Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems with limited discretion. Deliver output by following defined procedures under close supervision.

What Youll Need

High School Diploma or GED with 2 years of job-related experience. Some exposure to finance-related tasks; experience with purchase order creation and invoice processing preferred. Self-sufficient, able to work independently; proactive in seeking clarification when needed. Strong attention to detail. Ability to follow basic work routines and standards. Communication skills to exchange straightforward information. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); CMMS experience preferred. Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset. Demonstrated customer service abilities. Basic math skills (percentages, discounts, markups). California Residents:

CBRE carefully considers compensation based on education, training and experience. The minimum salary for the Facilities Coordinator is $29.00 hourly and the maximum $31.25 hourly. Compensation depends on skills, qualifications and experience. Eligible for discretionary bonuses under CBREs benefit program. Benefits include 401(k), dental, health, life, and vision insurance.
