Collaborative Support: Shadow and work alongside an experienced Recruiting Coordinator who will guide you through processes and best practices. Candidate Experience: Assist with scheduling, communication, and coordination to ensure a smooth onboarding process after a candidate accepted the job. Operational Tasks: Maintain accurate records in ATS, support onboarding activities, and help streamline recruiting operations. Flexibility & Initiative: ? Willingness to go beyond core responsibilities. ? Comfortable taking on tasks outside the original scope. ? Demonstrates a proactive, go-getter attitude. Team Engagement: Participate in team meetings, share insights, and support hiring managers as needed. Project Work (Potential): May have the opportunity to contribute to recruiting-related projects, such as documentation updates and process improvements (e. g., revising offer letters), depending on team needs and individual initiative.

Experience with ICIMS ATS platform. Exposure to broader HR systems and integrations. Minimum 2+ years in recruitment or onboarding support, ideally in high-volume, full-cycle recruiting environments. ATS Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Onboarding Systems Knowledge: Familiarity with onboarding platforms and workflows.
