Inventory Control Warehouse Coordinator/Analyst

System One is partnering with our client seeking an Inventory Control Warehouse Coordinator/Analyst. This role is pivotal in overseeing the daily operations related to D365 processes involving raw materials and finished goods. Directly supports the Warehouse Leadership Team in managing responsibilities linked to D365 and facilitates effective communication and collaboration across departments. The successful candidate will provide real-time support in daily operations, from data entry to troubleshooting and training. Key Responsibilities

Complete certification processes for key warehouse functions, including Bulk Receiving, Line Support, and Shipping/Receiving. Perform onsite data entry of product, label, and shipping information to ensure timely shipments. Conduct real-time pallet scanning and troubleshooting of D365 issues, collaborating with the Warehouse leadership team for resolution. Assist in D365 training within the team to enhance operational efficiency. Support Production Analysts, Finance, QA, and Purchasing Teams in resolving inquiries and ensuring smooth operations. Schedule and coordinate appointments with outside carriers and maintain the automated appointment system in D365. Review Certificate of Analysis (COA) data and ensure compliance with specifications prior to material acceptance. Uphold quality standards and safety protocols, taking responsibility for Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) for self and team members. Identify potential safety hazards and participate in accident investigations, ensuring completion of follow-up reporting. Contribute to plant initiatives, including safety programs, quality audits, and training. Required Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required; further education in logistics or supply chain management is a plus. Proficient in D365, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Email). Experience in warehouse job functions and inventory control processes, including Bulk Receiving, Line Support, and Shipping/Receiving. Demonstrated ability to perform inventory cycle counts and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Strong problem-solving skills with a proven track record of a safe working environment. Forklift experience (both sit-down and stand-up) is required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster teamwork and collaboration across departments. Key Skills
