Bama Foods, 5377 East 66th Street North, Tulsa, OK, USA | Warehouse | Hourly | per week | Full Time Foods Inventory Control Coordinator/Analyst $21.50/HR 1st shift Exempt/Non-Exempt: Non-Exempt Employment Type: Full Time Description: At Bama, the Warehouse Dock Coordinator/Analyst is expected to oversee the daily interface and resolution of D365 processes regarding raw materials and finished goods. This position will assist the Warehouse Leadership Team focusing on the overall process and accountabilities of job responsibilities in the department and shift related to D365. The position provides real time, hands-on daily support, including but not limited to data entry, scanning on the dock, and troubleshooting. Essential Job Functions/Job Responsibilities: Warehouse Dock Coordinator/Analyst responsibilities: Able to complete the certification process for the following warehouse job functions: Bulk Receiving, Line Support, and Shipping / Receiving

Onsite (dock) data entry of product, label, and shipping information to facilitate on-time shipping schedules.

Real time pallet scanning, utilizing scan guns at workstation on the dock

Troubleshooting D365 issues and working with the Warehouse leadership team to resolve.

Assisting and facilitating D365 training within your team.

Assist Production Analysts, Finance Team, QA, and Purchasing Team to provide updates, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.

Assist Warehouse Coordinator with the following, as needed: Responsible for setting appointments with outside carriers by phone and/or email and entering appointments into the computer appointment scheduling program.

Ensure all paperwork is filled out and processed correctly for area of responsibility.

Responsible to use systems and processes to review COA (certificate of analysis) data and ensure all raw materials are in specification prior to acceptance.

Understand quality standards, follow those standards and knowing what to do and who to contact when some process is not functioning correctly.

Be responsible for GMP's of self and others in work area.

Possess the ability and aptitude to identify, correct and improve potential safety items: both human and food.

Troubleshoot failures and identify corrective actions.

Participate in accident investigation and completion of follow-up reporting.

Participates and provides leadership in other plant initiatives (i.e., safety programs, quality audits, and productivity, training).

Understand Manufacturing guidelines for food safety, food security, and sanitation.

Work overtime to cover call ins and vacations

Responsible for daily housekeeping of the warehouse

Required Experience: Must have High School diploma or GED

Understand warehouse guidelines for food safety and sanitation.

Computer skills in D365, Microsoft Word, Power point, Excel and Email.

Experience with sit down and stand-up forklift operation.

Experience with Inventory control process.

Demonstrated problem solving ability.

Must have proven safety record in past work history.

Knowledge of the following warehouse job functions: Bulk Receiving, Line Support, and Shipping / Receiving.

Possess the ability to Schedule appointments and maintain the automated appointment system in D365, coordinate intercompany transfers to the appropriate facility by planning and looking at the production schedule for the week.

Understand and maintain the FIFO system for raw materials and finished goods

Possess the ability to perform inventory cycle counts and identify solutions for continuous improvement. Also have the ability to research missing or misplaced pallets.

Able to coordinate and plan with customer service, outside logistics, and Bama facilities on daily and weekly transfers.

Possess good customer service skills

Possess the ability and aptitude to identify, correct and improve potential safety items, both human and food.

Actively participate in and help lead plant safety initiatives with the responsibility for self and others.

Perform and lead product quality checks and make necessary corrections.

Understand and utilize measurement systems like SPC, charts and graphs along with Six Sigma training and tools.

Submit to all assessments and testing, including math/reading test and EQ assessment testing. Also display aptitude for positions based on aptitude testing and assessments.

Display effective communication skills and listening skills with the following attributes:

Have ability to lead department meetings and present information as needed.

Recognize and encourage teamwork.

Build relationships between different departments / areas of the plant.
