Our client, a nonprofit in the criminal justice sector, is seeking a

Facilities Coordinator

to join a busy team on a part-time, temporary ongoing basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of office-based administrative support, hands-on facilities work, and coordination across multiple locations. Youll work closely with the Facilities Manager and Director to ensure offices are well-maintained, safe, and fully equipped for day-to-day operations. Pay Rate

$23$24/hour DOE Schedule

Part-time, 2030 hours/week, MondayFriday between 8:30am5:30pm Travel

Must be comfortable commuting between multiple NYC and Queens office locations Key Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact for supply requests, work orders, and facilities inquiries Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and vendor visits; perform light repairs and furniture assembly when needed Conduct regular site inspections and report findings Oversee supply inventory and deliveries Support company events and coordinate with building management Assist with upkeep and maintenance scheduling for company vehicles Qualifications

2+ years in an administrative or facilities support role Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently Strong customer service and communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Able to lift up to 50 lbs as needed Job details
