Join a strong Marketing & Business Development team supporting the Firms growth through excellent customer service, teamwork, and innovation. Seeking a Sr. Manager - Proposals to lead a proposal team focused on developing strategic proposals for legal work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Oversee the execution of ~650 proposals annually, ensuring effective and high-quality content, optimal staffing, and timeliness of completion. Manage and mentor a team of five proposal writers, striving for continued growth in content development skills, business development acumen, and strategic proposal customization. Own and continually refine the firms proposal process which promotes collaboration, quality, and efficiency. Define and guide best practices for a range of deliverables, including statements of qualifications, proactive proposals, formal RFP responses, and pitch materials. Supervise the ongoing development, enhancement, categorization, and storage of quality proposal content. Oversee proposal management software, ensuring organization, training, upgrades, and best practices. Ensure accurate data capture and tracking of all proposal information in Microsoft Dynamics, and collaborate with other Business Development (BD) leaders on opportunity reporting and analysis. Maintain close collaboration with BD leadership on ways to enhance strategy across opportunities and increase win rate. Collaborate with Marketing & Communications, Knowledge Management, and practice group leaders on the development of new content and cohesive messaging. Provide strategic guidance related to Littlers value proposition and win strategy to attorneys, proposal writers, and BD Managers on pitch and proposal. Personally write and manage high level opportunities, as needed. Participate in business development projects and initiatives, as needed. TECHNICAL SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:

Strong ability to manage numerous competing priorities effectively under tight deadlines with minimal guidance while participating as a team leader. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM systems. Strong proficiency in Qorus or similar proposal management software. Experience with Hoover's, Westlaw, Monitor Suite, Pacer and any other relevant research tools. Strong ability to manage and support responses to opportunities with minimal guidance and direction. Demonstrated ability to create new and update/enhance existing content such as relevant experiences, capabilities and value-adds. Demonstrated ability to identify appropriate research needed in order to respond to questions outlined in proposals and case complaints. Strong presence: capable of engaging credibly and effectively with attorneys and department leadership. EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS:

This position will be following a hybrid work schedule with the flexibility of working remotely and in-office. Management will determine work schedule and may alter schedule to align with business needs. Office environment with little exposure to excessive noise, dust, temperature and the like.
