Founding Commercial Associate
to join its U.S. go-to-market team. This is a rare opportunity to get in early at a fast-scaling company modernizing a highly fragmented and outdated part of the enterprise tech stack. You'll work directly with executive leadership to build and execute the GTM engine from outbound motion and customer engagement to early deployments and process design. What Youll Be Doing: Own top-of-funnel strategy: outbound prospecting, qualifying, and building pipeline Support full-cycle sales efforts in close partnership with founders and commercial leads Help deliver early customer implementations and refine onboarding experiences Collaborate on sales assets, messaging, and demand gen experiments Lead projects tied directly to revenue and GTM efficiency What We're Looking For: 14 years in B2B sales or high-performance roles (consulting, banking, legal, etc.) Highly driven and eager to learn by doing not afraid to operate in ambiguity Excellent communicator and quick study in dynamic environments Open to spending ~12 weeks onboarding with the broader team in the UK Long-term mindset we move fast and promote from within Why This Role: Early seat at a venture-backed Series A startup Hands-on mentorship from proven startup operators Career path toward leadership or deep specialization within 1224 months Hybrid work environment: 3 days/week in NYC office (TuesThurs) Were less focused on perfect experience and more excited by curiosity, grit, and the willingness to build.
