The SAP Solution Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP solutions that align with enterprise business strategies. This role requires deep technical expertise in SAP platforms, strong business acumen, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams through complex transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Design Develop and maintain SAP solution strategies and architectural blueprints. Design scalable, secure, and high-performing SAP solutions across modules such as S/4HANA, IBP, Fiori, and BTP. Ensure alignment of SAP architecture with enterprise IT standards and business goals. Implementation & Integration Lead the end-to-end SAP implementation lifecycle, including planning, configuration, testing, and deployment. Oversee integration of SAP systems with third-party applications and legacy systems. Collaborate with developers and technical teams to ensure seamless system interoperability. Stakeholder Engagement Partner with business leaders, analysts, and project managers to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Facilitate architecture review boards and design workshops to validate solution approaches. Governance & Compliance Define and enforce SAP architecture standards, policies, and best practices. Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and regulatory requirements. Continuous Improvement Stay current with SAP innovations and industry trends. Recommend enhancements to improve system performance, user experience, and business value. Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 8+ years of experience in SAP architecture and solution design. Proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, and SAP BTP. Strong understanding of business processes in finance, supply chain, and manufacturing. Experience with SAP implementation methodologies (e.g., ASAP, Activate, Agile). Must have the right to work in the US without visa sponsorship. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. SAP certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Technology Associate, TOGAF) are a plus. Preferred experience in global SAP rollouts and multi-entity environments. Familiarity with cloud platforms and hybrid SAP landscapes. Ability to mentor junior architects and lead architecture governance forums.
