A law firm is seeking a
Proposal Coordinator
to join its Marketing and Business Development team. This role supports a busy proposal function focused on responding to RFPs and high-value pitch opportunities, primarily within the healthcare sector. The Proposal Coordinator will work closely with Proposal Managers, attorneys, and consultants to deliver polished, client-focused materials under strict deadlines. Salary Range: $68,000 $78,000 annually Key Responsibilities
Assist Proposal Managers in preparing responses to RFPs and high-value pitches, including project planning, drafting, editing, proofreading, and production. Gather and maintain representative experience and capability statements in the firms knowledge management systems. Develop a strong understanding of practice areas, departments, and industries served. Partner with business development colleagues to maintain updated professional biographies and proposal language. Ensure RFP requirements and pursuit strategies are addressed with compelling, client-focused documents. Conduct competitor research, win/loss analyses, and support reporting on proposal activities. Manage proposal-related databases and ensure final documents are properly archived. Provide quality assurance reviews of in-progress submissions. Qualifications
Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred. 35 years of professional experience, with exposure to RFP/proposal development in a professional services, consulting, or legal environment. Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent organizational and project management abilities with the ability to meet tight deadlines. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work collaboratively and influence stakeholders. Technologically proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with proposal databases and knowledge management tools is a plus. Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities. This position offers a salary range of
