This role is essential in supporting a high-volume proposal function, centered on responding to RFPs and creating compelling pitch materials, particularly in the healthcare sector. You'll collaborate closely with Proposal Managers, attorneys, and consultants to produce polished, client-centric documents under pressing deadlines. Salary Range:

$68,000 - $78,000 annually Key Responsibilities Assist Proposal Managers in crafting responses to RFPs and pitches, including planning, drafting, editing, proofreading, and production. Maintain and organize representative experience and capability statements in the firm’s knowledge management systems. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the firm’s practice areas, departments, and the industries we serve. Collaborate with business development teammates to ensure that professional biographies and proposal language are always up-to-date. Address RFP requirements through compelling, client-focused materials that effectively communicate our strategies. Conduct competitive research and win/loss analyses, while supporting reporting initiatives on proposal activities. Oversee proposal-related databases and ensure that all final documents are properly archived. Provide thorough quality assurance reviews for submissions during the proposal process. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred. 3-5 years of professional experience, with a background in RFP/proposal development in professional services, consulting, or legal settings. Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail. Outstanding organizational and project management skills, capable of meeting tight deadlines. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities; adept at collaborating and influencing stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with proposal databases and knowledge management tools is advantageous. A proactive and adaptable mindset is crucial, as this role requires comfort in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
