We’re looking for an ARF Certified Administrator to oversee our Community Care Facility (CCF) homes within the Residential Program. In this rewarding role, you’ll blend leadership, compassion, and organization to create a safe, supportive, and empowering space for our residents. Pay Rate:

$25.00-$26.00/Hour Location:

Glendale, California This position will include overseeing 1 CCF home 20 hours per week and completing medical appointments 20 hours per week. Responsibilities

Assist the Residential Department in a variety of roles, including transporting residents to medical appointments, completing required paperwork, scheduling medical appointments, assisting group home residents with personal needs and/or household responsibilities, and performing clerical tasks in the nurses’ office as needed. Ensure regulatory compliance as mandated by Community Care licensing and Regional Centers; maintain the health, well-being, and safety of Members; and maintain regular communication with conservators and outside agency representatives. Maintain appropriate staffing for the facility, including hiring and training staff, generating schedules for adequate supervision, and delegating duties to best serve Members and the home. Oversee daily facility operations, including Member notes documentation, medication audits, petty cash and funds audits, and physical plant inspections. Maintain Member and staff files, conduct employee probationary reviews and annual performance evaluations, and participate in selecting residents to fill vacancies. Ensure quality care through staff communication, safety compliance, and timely medical appointments; follow doctor recommendations and monitor Members’ overall medical condition. Develop and implement Individual Service Plans in collaboration with program staff and home managers for CCF Members. Participate in annual reviews with placement agency counselors, residents, family, and home managers as needed. Maintain resident records, supervise entries, and ensure accuracy of documentation; train and monitor care providers re: entries and medical/dental appointments and Member weights. Lead weekly visitation scheduling, socializing activities, and ensure vehicle inspections are completed per protocol. Report any unusual incidents to the Director of Residential Services and manage financial controls for petty cash, consumer funds, and spend-down funds. Coordinate Members’ medical and dental appointments and communicate pertinent information to staff, parents, and the Director of Residential Services. Maintain regular communication with Members’ Day programs and ensure Member contact information is up to date in Knack. Attend agency meetings as assigned and participate in weekend QA rotation as needed; serve as back-up ARF Administrator for weekends and as needed by the schedule. Medical Logistics Coordinator Protocols

Transports residents to medical appointments in company vehicles; may drive long distances (50+ miles). Ensure all paperwork is completed and signed at appointments; interact with doctors and medical staff to ensure proper care. Coordinate post-appointment transport to day programs or home; provide meals/medication if fasting; supervise as needed. After appointments, update intervention sheets, file copies, and enter data into the residential database; coordinate follow-up appointments as directed. Schedule appointments per nurses’ requests and maintain the weekly medical appointment calendar for staff and programs. Coordinate vehicle usage for medical appointments and assist with delivery of monthly medication cycles as needed. Notify Nursing Office Coordinator of vehicle maintenance needs; perform other clerical duties as designated; may work as Direct Support Professional if program needs require. May serve as back-up medical transporter for other programs as required. Qualifications

Must speak English. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Driving required. Must be willing to drive an 8-passenger van. Must be at least 21 years of age. Must have a valid California Driver License and a driving record acceptable to our insurance carrier. Legally driving for at least 3 years in the United States. Must successfully pass all pre-employment requirements, including background check, drug screening, and physical. Education and/or Experience

Current ARF Certification required prior to hire. A bachelor’s degree in psychology, counseling, rehabilitation, or related field is preferred. An undergraduate student in the abovementioned fields is acceptable with two years’ experience in counseling and residential programming. Experience may be substituted for education.
