ARF Administrator/Medical Logistics Coordinator

Base pay range: $25.00/yr - $26.00/yr Are you passionate about helping others live their best lives? Ready to lead a small team, manage a home environment, and support residents in meaningful ways every day? We’re looking for an ARF Certified Administrator to oversee our Community Care Facility (CCF) homes within the Residential Program. In this role, you’ll blend leadership, compassion, and organization to create a safe, supportive, and empowering space for our residents. Responsibilities and duties are divided into two protocols below. ARF Administrator Protocols

Ensure and maintain regulatory compliance as mandated by Community Care licensing and Regional Centers Ensure the health, well-being, and safety of the Members Maintain regular communication with conservators and other outside agency representatives Maintain staffing for the facility in accordance with the program design by hiring and training staff, generating schedules to ensure adequate supervision and support, and delegating duties as needed Oversee daily facility operations including Member notes documentation, medication audits, personal and incidental funds disbursement and audits, and physical plant inspections Maintain Member and staff files, timecard reviews, amendments and approvals, and annual performance evaluations Participate in selecting residents to fill facility vacancies Communicate with staff regarding quality care assurance and safety compliance Ensure resident care by scheduling medical appointments, following up on doctor recommendations, and ensuring overall medical condition of Members Evaluate, develop, and implement Individual Service Plans in conjunction with program staff and home managers Participate in annual review processes with placement agency counselors, residents, family, and home manager Maintain resident records in the home through regular reviews and updates Train and monitor care providers re: entries and medical/dental appointments and Member weights; maintain weekly visitation schedules and socialization groups Report any unusual incidents to the Director of Residential Services Audit and monitor facility petty cash and consumer funds Coordinate Members\' medical and dental appointments and communicate pertinent information to staff, parents and Director of Residential Services Maintain regular communication with Members\' Day programs Ensure that Member contact information in Knack reflects current information Perform monthly house inspections and mandatory training attendance Ensure vehicle inspections are completed on each shift per protocol Attend agency meetings and weekly meetings with the Director of Residential Services Serve as back-up ARF Administrator to the Weekend QA Manager as scheduled Medical Logistics Coordinator Protocols

Transport residents to medical appointments in company vehicles; may drive long distances Ensure all appointment paperwork is completed and signed by involved professionals Interact with doctors/nurses/assistants to ensure proper resident attention After appointments, transport residents to day programs or home; provide meals/medication as needed Stay with a resident in their home or hospital if required Record appointment details in the resident\'s file and electronic systems Schedule follow-up appointments as indicated by physicians Coordinate appointment calendars and distribute weekly medical appointment calendars Coordinate vehicle usage for medical appointments and assist with medication distribution as needed Perform other clerical duties as designated; may work as a Direct Support Professional in homes if needed Qualifications

Must speak English High School Diploma or equivalent required Driving required; willing to drive 8-passenger van Must be at least 21 years of age Must have valid California Driver License and driving record acceptable to our insurance carrier Legally driving for at least 3 years in the United States Must successfully pass pre-employment requirements including background check, drug screening and physical Education and/or Experience

Current ARF Certification required prior to hire. A bachelor\'s degree in psychology, counseling, rehabilitation, or related field is preferred. An undergraduate student in the above fields is acceptable with two years of experience in counseling and residential programming. Experience may be substituted for education. Physical Demands
