3 years of ER RN experience

BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS, TNCC (CPI preferred) Patient ratio 1:6 Every other weekend required Must be flexible to block scheduling (available) Preferred/Key Skills: Full-scope Emergency Department care for adults and pediatrics Trauma Level I or II experience preferred Ventilator, CPAP/BiPAP management Arterial line, central line care, IV starts, phlebotomy Triage and stabilization, including psychiatric emergencies and procedural sedation Dysrhythmia recognition/management and 12-lead EKG Unit & Facility Highlights: 25-bed ER; daily census 55 Interdisciplinary support: Respiratory, Radiology, Rapid Response, Pharmacy, PT, Unit Secretary Dark grey scrubs 24/7 ED physician coverage; midlevel coverage daily 10a-8p/10p Guaranteed hours: 36 or 48-hour options Locals within 50 miles
