1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
2nd Shift: Monday – Thursday, 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM (10% shift differential)
Weekend Shift: Friday – Sunday, 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM (15% shift differential)
Job Description:
We’re looking for a motivated individual to join our team as an Assembler. This role involves a variety of tasks including electrical and electronic assembly, packaging, and support at SMT machines. You’ll work from blueprints and schematics, and may use microscopes depending on the job or customer order. The ideal candidate is flexible, eager to learn, and committed to quality.
Responsibilities:
Perform limited electrical assembly following manufacturing procedures and prints
Assemble small parts with precision and care
Package products and assist with SMT machine operations
Work from blueprints and schematics
Adapt to changing job duties based on customer needs
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Skills & Qualifications:
Hand dexterity and experience with hand tools
Ability to read blueprints and schematics
Basic computer skills
Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
Ability to follow written, verbal, and visual instructions
IPC inspection experience is a plus, but not required
Understanding of electronics and general manufacturing processes
Attention to detail and commitment to quality

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.
