Reporting directly to the Clinical Education Director, the Clinical Education Lead will be a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) who will work within OpenLoops Clinical Education department. This role is essential in ensuring that our network of providers is clinically prepared and educated in alignment with client expectations and OpenLoop standards.

The Clinical Education Lead will play a critical role in supporting education initiatives, onboarding, quality assurance, and clinical performance optimization across our provider network and programs. You will work cross-functionally with internal teams and act as a clinical resource to help maintain the highest standards of care in a healthcare services environment.

Responsibilities: Onboarding and Training: Ability to conduct live training sessions. Ensuring providers are successfully onboarded into all relevant systems and proficient in related workflows and clinical protocols.

Training Material Development: Collaborate with the Clinical Education Director to develop materials and resources tailored to provider needs. Assist in the development, delivery, and evaluation of clinical training materials, modules, and documentation to support provider readiness.

Ongoing Education Initiatives: Identify knowledge gaps and assist in coordinating targeted educational interventions.

Training Revisions and Modifications: Maintain resource and training updates as needed based on program iterations, clinical protocol updates, and technical developments.

Clinical Enablement: Prepare providers for the clinical aspects of new client launches and program enhancements through synchronous and asynchronous training. Collaborate with the Implementation team to ensure the clinical requirements for program launch are facilitated and functioning as expected prior to launch.

Evaluation and Feedback: Assess the effectiveness of training through evaluation and feedback mechanisms. Continuously work with the Clinical Education Director to improve training programs based on feedback and system updates.

Patient Care: Ability and willingness to conduct patient visits across OpenLoop Service Lines with the understanding that role will be predominantly an administrative focus.

Collaboration: Work closely with the Clinical Leadership team and other key stakeholders to align technical training with operational workflows. Foster a collaborative environment to support efficient system usage across departments.

Ongoing Process Development: Assist Clinical Leadership with process development, implementation of training schedules, and planning for ongoing improvement to scalability and execution of training programs.

Other responsibilities as assigned and appropriate to role.

Requirements

Requirements: Current and unrestricted Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) licensure in at least 1 state (3-5 preferred)

Minimum 35 years of clinical practice experience (telemedicine preferred)

Experience in clinical education, training, and provider leadership preferably in a telehealth setting

Strong understanding of healthcare compliance, clinical documentation, and quality standards

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote, and cross-functional environment

Experience and proficiency in Knowledge Management Systems (Notion, Confluence), Learning Management Systems (Litmos), Slack, Zoom, Zoho, and G-Suite

Ability to effectively train and support diverse groups of healthcare professionals

Organizational skills and attention to detail for developing training materials and maintaining documentation

Ability to adapt to changes in technology and healthcare regulations
