to join our team remotely or at our HQ in Des Moines, IA. In this role, you will be responsible for focusing on creating data-driven product experiences, collaborating with teams and understanding patient needs, to ensure quality care access, and a world-class user experience. This critical role directly impacts our valuable end-user, the patient. What You\'ll Do Own the patient journey, by developing and executing strategies to enhance the patient experience, from scheduling to post-visit engagement. Drive innovation, leading the creation of patient-focused products, including a next-generation portal and commerce platform integrations, ensuring seamless functionality and exceptional user experience. Leverage AI technologies to improve patient experiences and outcomes. Collaborate across various teams, i.e. engineering, design, marketing, and operations, to deliver impactful, mission-aligned products. Focus on scalability building solutions adaptable to a diverse client base, from startups to established healthcare providers. Embrace data-driven decisions, using analytics and patient feedback to identify improvements and measure success. Own and oversee the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond. Define the roadmap prioritizing features based on business impact and customer needs. Conduct product research, in order to strategically map the patient journey, towards understanding painpoints and offering solutions. Enable integrations with third-party platforms to elevate the patient experience. Evangelize the Patient Perspective, always advocating for the patient experience and aligning stakeholders. Other duties as assigned. Who You Are Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field. 7 +years of product management experience in healthcare, SaaS or e-commerce. Technical background or understanding of APIs and integrations. Experience with telehealth and healthcare compliance (e.g., HIPAA). Ownership mindset, driving impact beyond your direct role. Track record of simplifying processes and proposing bold, innovative solutions. Sound judgment, openness to diverse perspectives, and ability to challenge assumptions. Commitment to continuous learning and staying ahead of industry trends. Strategic thinking to redefine patient care in ambiguous, changing environments. Proven ability to deliver strong outcomes, even with limited resources. Trusted reputation for transparency and delivering measurable results. Skill in analyzing and solving complex telehealth challenges. Ability to challenge decisions constructively while collaborating effectively. Expertise in AI technologies, B2C applications, and customer journey mapping. Salary
Remote Salary Range $148,000 — $172,000 USD About OpenLoop
