Safety Manager
Manage and mentor safety personnel, assess training needs, and support career development. Oversee safety planning, inspections, and incident investigations across diverse projects. Evaluate safety data to identify trends and implement corrective actions. Lead toolbox talks, orientations, and large-scale safety communications. Ensure subcontractor and vendor compliance with safety standards. Develop and refine safety policies, procedures, and inspection systems. Support preconstruction safety planning and participate in project pursuits and client reviews. Skills and Requirements: Bachelor's degree in safety or related field preferred CHST, CSP, OSHA 30 (OSHA 500 preferred), First Aid/CPR 8+ years of construction safety experience, including high-hazard environments Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills Ability to work independently across multiple sites and adapt to changing conditions.
