KPMG Advisory is seeking a Manager in Enterprise Solutions for SAP Central Finance with a focus on Data Migration & Harmonization. Responsibilities include leading SAP Financial workstreams, delivering end?to?end solutions for data migration and harmonization, and contributing to practice development and client relationships. Responsibilities

Lead SAP Financial workstreams and provide end-to-end solutions for clients; focus on Data Migration and Harmonization Plan and execute day-to-day activities of SAP engagements including design, implementation, migration, cutover, and hyper care support for various clients Provide Solution Architecture advisory across SAP Financial and Management Accounting, Central Finance, and related integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems Participate in business development activities such as client pursuits, proposing services, responding to RFPs, and participating in oral presentations Contribute to practice development by building new/updated client solutions, developing and demonstrating demos, and publishing thought leadership and service offerings Act as a people management leader and aid in the development of junior team members Qualifications

Minimum five years of SAP FI/CO and Central Finance experience including at least four full lifecycle implementations (two of which must be in Central Finance) Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field Proficiency in core financial and management accounting processes within SAP S/4HANA, data harmonization, integration of SAP and non-SAP systems, centralized processes, and centralized reporting; ability to lead workshops and communicate solutions to senior management Experience with non-SAP integrations via tools such as Magnitude is preferred Demonstrated leadership, client management, and delivery capabilities with ability to build lasting client relationships Strong writing and communication skills suitable for publication-quality delivery to senior management Willingness to travel as needed Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future; no visa sponsorship available for this opportunity Additional Information
