Lead SAP Financial workstreams and provide end-to-end solutions for clients Plan and execute day-to-day activities of SAP engagements including design, implementation, migration, cutover, and hyper care support for various clients Provide Solution Architecture advisory services in SAP Financial and Management Accounting, Central Finance and related integrations across SAP and non-SAP systems Participate in business development activities such as client pursuits, proposing services, responding to RFPs, and participating in oral presentations Engage in practice development activities such as building new/updated client solutions, conducting demos, and contributing to thought leadership and service offerings Act as People management leader and aid in the development of junior team members Qualifications
Minimum five years of recent experience in implementing SAP FI/CO and Central Finance, including at least four full life cycle implementations (two of which are in Central Finance) Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in an appropriate field Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Core financial and management accounting processes, data harmonization and replication across Central Finance, and integration with other modules and systems Experience with non-SAP integration tools (e.g., Magnitude) preferred Demonstrated leadership, client management, and delivery abilities with a track record of building client relationships Strong communication skills suitable for publication-quality findings and recommendations to senior management Willingness to travel as required Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future Additional Information
