This is an office-based position. You will be working out of our Clayton, Mo location.
Position Purpose:
Responsible for conducting, assisting, and overseeing the monitoring and response activities within the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC), ensuring the safety and security of employees, facilities, and assets across the organization. Acts as shift lead, coordinating team operations and serving as a key liaison for incident response, system administration, and service delivery. Uses a combination of security systems, business intelligence tools, open-source media, and proprietary platforms to detect, analyze, and communicate adverse conditions that may impact business operations or physical security. Processes, manages and prioritizes incoming data, service requests, and incident reports, ensuring timely and accurate dissemination to internal and external stakeholders. Contributes to project coordination, including support for new business units, access control programs, identity management initiatives, corporate events, audits, and access remediation efforts. Assists in the day-to-day management of physical security systems and provide functional supervision of GSOC staff, especially in the absence of or as directed by management.
Conducts or completes frontline, intermediate, and advanced monitoring & response and/or other physical security service request processing and/or delivery.
Assists with the day-to-day oversight and operational management of security staff and functions as directed and/or in the absence of management.
Assists management, counterparts, and physical security operators with security system programming, troubleshooting, and administration related to the installation, service & maintenance and continued use of physical security systems.
Assists management, counterparts, and physical security operators in the identification of service issues and the scheduling of service calls and/or technical support operations.
Provides advanced level support of physical security and identity management programs.
Collects and analyzes data, establishes facts, and draws valid conclusions to identify problems and procedural irregularities.
Communicates status of physical security systems and related device outages or issues to internal and external stakeholders.
Responsible for assisting or completing assigned tasks, activities that are associated with multiple projects, ensuring successful completion with competing deadlines.
Supports management with developing and directing training of internal and external physical security staff on systems and operations.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience:
Bachelor's Degree or a combination of equivalent educational, certification, and/or industry experience required. Criminal Justice, Emergency Management, IT/Cyber Security, and/or similar industry degrees preferred. 5+ years' experience in Physical or IT/Cyber Security, Law Enforcement, Military, Emergency Management, or similar industries required. 5+ years' experience working in a security operations center (GSOC/SOC), emergency management center, service desk, crisis call center, or other similar operations centers required. 3+ years' experience with utilizing physical security access control, identity management, CCTV, alarm monitoring, and situational awareness systems or platforms preferred. 1+ years' experience in an elevated role with functional, operational, or personnel oversight responsibilities preferred.
Licenses/Certifications:
Ability to obtain and maintain St. Louis City & County Security Officer License upon hire required and ability to obtain and maintain one of the below certifications within 1 year required

Pay Range: $22.79 - $38.84 per hour
