What to Expect
Lead the establishment of a Global Security Operations Center (GSOC), including staffing and operational procedures
Develop and execute a scalable roadmap for security operations capabilities

What is Required (Qualifications)
Five years of experience in corporate security, including two or more years in a GSOC environment
Proven success in building or significantly scaling a GSOC operation for a global organization
Deep understanding of global threat monitoring and security operations best practices
Strong familiarity with physical security systems and threat intelligence platforms
Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or a related field
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Certifications such as PSP, CPP, or GSOC-specific training (e.g., ASIS, DHS, or FEMA ICS)
Exceptional project management skills and the ability to thrive in a high-growth environment
