Sierra-Cedar is seeking an experienced Senior Oracle Cloud Program Manager to join our Cloud practice. If you thrive on helping clients use progressive technology solutions to optimize their business practices, this Program Manager opportunity is a fit for you. You will leverage Oracle Cloud Project knowledge to contribute to a collaborative, client-success driven environment. The ideal candidate
will be responsible for providing excellent consulting services to our clients and assisting in delivering Oracle Cloud projects. You will align deliverables and milestone metrics for project success and develop comprehensive business solutions for client system optimization. Provide excellent
Program Management
for
Oracle Cloud HCM and ERP
projects Provide strategic direction and governance for company-wide vision and standards Partner with leadership, project managers, and cross-functional teams to maintain project alignment, mitigate risks, and deliver meaningful outcomes for client and practice success Execute cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple projects Engage in discussions regarding Oracle systems and operational processes with end users and across disciplines (functional, technical, project/change management, operations) Manage and monitor Oracle Cloud projects from planning through execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met Lead a team of consultants and client personnel through different project phases and build relationships while overseeing projects Serve as the primary liaison to ensure clear communication and alignment on project priorities and technology solutions Qualifications
Must have
a solid understanding and work experience as an Oracle Cloud Program Manager with the following: Minimum of
5 years experience as a Program Manager Experience overseeing implementation projects in the Oracle Cloud space Two to three full lifecycle engagements as a hands-on Oracle Cloud Project Manager Strong strategic thinking, organizational, and problem-solving skills Public Sector experience is required; healthcare/commercial system experience preferred Bachelors degree is required PMP or Scrum Master certification strongly preferred Must already be living in the US Legally authorized to work in the US without employer sponsorship now or in the future Consulting Skills
Demonstrated ability to manage project scope and client expectations on individual assignments Demonstrated follow-through on assignments and issue resolution Clear and effective communication with clients, account executives, and management Produces clear, concise status reports Builds confidence and trust with clients Strong analytical skills Why Work at Sierra-Cedar
