SAP Implementation Process Lead FTP Supply Chain
As an SAP Implementation Process Lead FTP Supply Chain, you are responsible for delivering all project-related outcomes within the FTP Supply workstream. Key process areas in the workstream are strategic/tactical supply planning, operational supply planning, inventory optimization (safety stock planning), production planning (PP/DS), and Demand Planning. This role involves working with other stakeholders as well as other functions within the project. You will also be responsible for all S4H/SAP IBP deployment-related activities within their workstream, including guiding design workshops, ensuring fit/gap analyses, validating solution design, managing testing and training, planning cutover and execution, and assuring successful go-live with solid hyper care support. You will play a key part in adherence to the Global Template for their process areas, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and budget. You will report to the SAP Implementation Workstream Leader based out of the corporate Pittsburgh office. Primary Responsibilities Support end to end SAP implementation for the Supply Planning (strategic/tactical, operational), Inventory Optimization (Safety Stock targets), Production Planning, MRP planning, and Demand Planning. Work with the broader organization to ensure end-to-end processes flow in and out of supply as expected. Work with the business to perform gap analysis, training, and implementation for the designated process stream. Participate in SIT, UAT, deployment, and hyper care for the implementation. Manage risks, issues, and changes within the process area to ensure project success. Own and lead demand planning discussions to drive a successful S4H implementation. Ensure adherence to SAP best practices, methodologies, and Global Template. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business analytics, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field required. Master's degree preferred. 7+ years of experience in manufacturing industry with at least 5 years of experience in SAP implementation preferred. Previous SAP implementation experience is preferred but not required. Knowledge of Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies. APICS/ASCM certification is preferred but not required.
