SAP Implementation Process Lead A&R

You are responsible for delivering all project-related outcomes within the Analytics and Reporting workstream. Key process areas in the workstream are business reporting, KPIs, intercompany reporting, and financial reporting. You will work with the Analytics and Reporting COE, business analytics team(s), Global Process Excellence, process workstreams. You will also be responsible for all S4H deployment-related activities within their workstream, including guiding design workshops, ensuring fit/gap analyses, validating solution design, managing testing and training, planning cutover and execution, and assuring successful go-live with solid hyper care support while ensuring adherence to the Global Template for their process areas, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and budget. You will report to the SAP Implementation Workstream Leader at the Pittsburgh Headquarters Office. Primary Responsibilities Support end to end SAP implementation for analytics, reporting, and KPIs. Coordinate with other PPG teams to meet the project goals for reporting and analytics. Manage risks, issues, and changes within the process area to ensure project success. Own and lead analytics and reporting discussions to drive a successful S4H implementation. Ensure adherence to SAP best practices, methodologies, and Global Template. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in information systems, Supply Chain, business analytics, or related field required. Master's degree preferred. 5+ years of experience in analytics, reporting, and data modeling are required. 5+ years of experience in ERP implementation preferred. Business process experience is preferred. Previous SAP implementation experience preferred but not required. PPG experience highly preferred but not required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. PPG pay ranges and benefits can vary by location which allows us to compensate employees competitively in different geographic markets.
