Your Responsibilities
About the Role: Centogene US LLC is seeking a Scientific Advisor IVF & Genetic Clinical Diagnostics to join our growing North American team. In this role, you will serve as a scientific and clinical expert supporting the adoption and appropriate utilization of Centogenes advanced diagnostic solutions within the fields of assisted reproductive technology (ART) and genetic testing. You will work closely with fertility specialists, IVF clinics, genetic counselors, and internal teams to enhance understanding of our products and services, support clinical integration, and foster scientific collaboration. This is a customer-facing role ideal for a professional who is both scientifically grounded and passionate about patient-centered innovation in reproductive health. Scientific & Clinical Expertise: Serve as a trusted scientific resource to external healthcare professionals (HCPs), particularly in reproductive endocrinology, embryology, and medical genetics. Provide expert guidance on clinical utility, test interpretation, and integration of genetic testing into IVF workflows. Stakeholder Engagement
Establish and maintain strong relationships with IVF centers, clinicians, and laboratory professionals across North America. Support Centogenes field sales and business development teams with scientific presentations, educational materials, and clinical discussions. Engage with KOLs to facilitate collaboration, feedback, and thought leadership in reproductive genetics. Education & Training
Deliver scientific presentations at regional and national conferences, webinars, and training sessions. Provide continuing education to clinicians and internal teams on topics such as preimplantation genetic testing (PGT), carrier screening, non-invasive prenatal testing (NIPT), and rare disease diagnostics. Medical Affairs Support
Contribute to the development and review of scientific content, including white papers, slide decks, and publications. Support clinical study design and execution in collaboration with internal medical and scientific teams. Monitor and communicate relevant scientific and clinical trends in IVF and genetics. Qualifications: Education: Advanced degree required (PhD, MD, PharmD, or equivalent in Genetics, Molecular Biology, Reproductive Medicine, or related field). Experience: 3+ years of experience in a scientific, medical affairs, or clinical support role within IVF, reproductive medicine, or genetic diagnostics. Prior experience engaging with IVF clinics or working within the ART space strongly preferred. Skills: Deep understanding of reproductive genetics, embryology, and clinical diagnostics. Strong presentation and communication skills, both scientific and commercial. Ability to build trusted relationships with HCPs and internal stakeholders. Willingness to travel (~3050%) across North America to meet with clients, attend conferences, and support field activities.
