Overview
A professional services firm is seeking a Support Analyst to provide comprehensive technology support for employees. This role addresses a wide range of IT needs, including hardware, software, meeting technology, audio/video systems, network connectivity, printers, mobile devices, and office phones. The Support Analyst reports to the Helpdesk Services Manager and occasionally provides on-site support to additional office locations.
Responsibilities
Respond to IT Helpdesk phone calls and log all requests in the firm's ticketing system.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
Install and configure hardware and software as required.
Set up equipment for internal and external meetings, including audio and video conferencing.
Image and profile computers for new or existing users.
Provide after-hours support as needed.
Configure mobile devices for firm email, contacts, and calendar synchronization.
Replace printer and copier toner and ensure functionality of office equipment.
Track and maintain loaner equipment inventory (laptops, wireless cards, projectors, etc.).
Coordinate with vendors to resolve technical issues or complete service requests.
Troubleshoot and configure office phone systems. Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred (not required).
2+ years of experience supporting Microsoft Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 2016.
Experience with Microsoft Exchange and Windows Active Directory.
Familiarity with network infrastructure (hubs, switches) and remote network access (Citrix, Cisco AnyConnect VPN).
Experience with imaging software, audio/video equipment, and Skype for Business.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to provide remote assistance.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Professional demeanor and strong customer service orientation.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Prior experience in a law firm or professional services environment a plus.
