Key Responsibilities
Panel Management
Prepare taste solutions and test products for flavor evaluation.
Conduct sensory testing on flavoring products and incoming ingredients.
Maintain lab materials, equipment, and cleanliness.
Enter test results into the system for product approval or rejection.
Data Collection & Quality Control
Ensure testing accuracy by following proper protocols.
Perform data entry and maintain organized test records.
Identify and document non-conforming results; escalate as needed.
Contribute to investigations and assist with minor batch modifications.
Uphold safety standards within the sensory lab.
Qualifications
High school diploma required.
Associate’s degree or higher in Chemistry, Biology, Food Science, or a related field preferred.
2–3 years of experience in a laboratory or sensory testing environment.
Strong math and analytical skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Drive.
Ability to work independently, stay organized, and maintain accuracy.
