Embark Behavioral Health is expanding its Greenwood Village location with a dedicated Mental Health and OCD treatment program, offering a rare opportunity to be part of one of only two specialized OCD programs in the Greater Denver area. In this role, you'll provide expert care using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), ACT, TF-CBT, DBT, and more while also working with clients in our general mental health IOP/PHP programs, helping adolescents and young adults navigate anxiety, depression, and other behavioral health concerns. Responsibilities
Clinical Leadership & Supervision Partner with the Clinical Director to ensure excellence in client care and staff performance. Provide reflective supervision and coaching to therapists and case managers. Offer clinical supervision hours for LSWs, LACs, or equivalent pre-licensed staff. Direct Clinical Services Provide strengths-based individual, group, and family therapy rooted in DBT, CBT, and trauma-informed care. Maintain up-to-date documentation and treatment planning. Support wraparound care and interdisciplinary collaboration. Program Development & Quality Assurance Assist with ongoing program innovation and improvement. Monitor outcome metrics and ensure alignment with Embark's gold-standard clinical model. Qualifications
Licensure: Fully licensed in Colorado (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) License must be in good standing. Candidates must be prepared to establish a CAQH profile and obtain a National Provider Identifier (NPI) as part of the onboarding process. 1-2 years of experience working as a therapist in IOP/PHP, residential, psychiatric hospital, or crisis stabilization settings preferred. Experience with ERP and OCD treatment is required. Familiarity with clinical diagnostic and assessment tools to track client progress and treatment outcomes. Education: Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, or related field. Benefits
