Responsibilities
Hands-on in Workday configuration and process improvement, with a focus on Onboarding and Recruiting modules.
Support the redesign of the Recruiting module and ensure module functionality aligns with business requirements.
Keep notes centralized and manage business requirements gathering; perform mini project management tasks as needed.
Qualifications
Onboarding and Recruiting module experience 5+ years experience as a Workday Analyst (HCM is a plus) 1-2 years Recruiting module heavy dedicated experience Must be hands-on in configuration and process improvement Ability to gather requirements and maintain centralized documentation
